Description: Naturally occurring retirement communities (NORCs) are places not intentionally designed for older adults but, for a vaiety of reasons, have become home to a high concentration of them. NORCS present a significant opportunity to re-design a home care delivery model that can leverage the density to deliver better care and experiences. This report explores how we might make use of the natural densities of NORCs to provide home care that's client-centred, efficient and better for workers.
